Beautiful, silky smooth, mousse-like Chicken liver Pâté. Traditionally preserved with a top of clarified butter, which nobody much likes, we have replaced that with far more edible, delicious jellies!
Our TAPASMAN Forrest Mushroom Pâté is earthy, subtle, yet with surprising depth of flavour. The mushrooms compliment the rich Pâté wonderfully. Delicious on top of steaks - it melts away creating a rich velvety sauce!
